Liability Release: In consideration of acceptance as a participator or spectator of the HDBA Car Show, I do hereby release and discharge Natchitoches Historic District Business Association, its officers, members, and all other involved in the presentation of the Car Show 2024 including the City of Natchitoches, Louisiana, Natchitoches Parish and all participating businesses, owners and representatives of any of the above from any known damages, losses, injuries, judgments or claims resulting from any causes whosoever to the entrants, their guests or their property and/or spectators including the conduct of any entrant or spectator.
